Enjoy retro Rosie the Riveter artwork on your versatile lunch case. Rosie has become a relatable pop-culture icon for women today. Artist J. Howard Miller produced this work-incentive poster for the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company. The intent of the project was to raise morale, reduce absenteeism, redirect workers' questions to management, and to lower labor unrest. Though displayed only briefly in Westinghouse factories, the poster in later year resurfaced to become one of the most famous icons of World War II. As the slogan goes, women proved they could do it!
