The Footed Bowl was originally produced in South Jersey around 1836. Tall narrow bowls such as this, known as trifle bowls, were used to serve layered salads and other layered dishes. All glass items are hand-made by the Liberty Craftworks artisans in Greenfield Village. Variations in size and color may occur. Handwash only. Cranberry pictured. 5" h x 4 1/2" d.
